250ml coconut water

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 banana
1 tsp flaxseed

½ lemon, squeezed

Coconut kefir

Optional extras:
Probiotic powder

Acai powder

Chlorella powder

Method

Place all ingredients into a jug blender.

Blend on high until smooth.
