AVOCADO HUMOUS

1 tin chickpeas

1 medium, ripe avocado

1 tbsp tahini

1 lemon, juiced

2 tbsp olive oil 

2 garlic cloves

Method

Peel the avocado and place in a food processor with all the other ingredients.

Blend until smooth.
