1 cup mixed seeds
2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp smoked paprika
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place the seeds in a bowl and mix in the tamari and smoked paprika.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and lay out the seeds in a thin layer.
Bake for 10 minutes until toasted and fragrant.
Remove from the oven and mix well to break up any seeds that have stuck together. Leave to cool completely and transfer to a glass jar to use when needed.
